Workplace culture, HR coaching and training
After a workplace investigation, the work is not finished: the team, processes and culture often need repair. BION Partners’ customised programs, coaching and training help organisations remediate issues, reduce liability and build resilient, inclusive workplace cultures that increase employee engagement, decrease turnover and boost productivity.
Repairing workplace issues
Our workplace coaches and trainers offer forward-thinking, research-based solutions designed to remediate systemic or discrete issues and prevent future misconduct. Whether you have completed a workplace investigation or are looking to refine your culture, we tailor the program to your organisation.
Empowering organisations after an investigation: our four phases
Following a workplace investigation, we work with organisations to make tangible changes that result in a more inclusive workplace culture. Our approach has four phases and can be customised to your needs.
Policy and protocol audit
Review existing processes and protocols around how workplace misconduct is reported, resolved and measured.
Improving workplace complaint procedures
Provide training, tools and ongoing support to internal investigators and HR teams about workplace complaint best practice.
Manager and employee training
Empower managers and employees with strategies to resolve conflict, show leadership and build inclusive workplace cultures.
Review and optimise
Ongoing monitoring and audits of organisational practices so everyone is held accountable for maintaining the new culture.
How does this connect to your legal obligations?
Training and culture work are part of prevention. The Australian Human Rights Commission’s positive duty guidelines include standards on leadership, culture, knowledge and support, and Queensland’s psychosocial hazards code lists hazards such as poor workplace relationships, interpersonal conflict and poor organisational justice. Investigations deal with what has happened; culture work reduces the chance of it happening again.
Diversity and inclusion
We believe that promoting and strengthening equity, diversity and inclusion builds effective teams. “Diversity” to us means diversity in gender, age, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation and ability. “Inclusion” means inclusion for all.
Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with organisations that have had an investigation?
No. Whether you have completed a workplace investigation or are looking to refine your company culture, our programs, coaching and training can help.
