About BION Partners
BION Partners is an independent workplace investigation firm based in Mackay, Queensland, providing impartial investigations and strategic HR advisory services to organisations dealing with inappropriate workplace behaviour. Our goal is to ensure every voice is heard in the pursuit of truth.
Who we are
We are passionate about seeking equity and fairness in every organisation in Australia. Driven by our commitment to ethics and excellence, we deliver prompt, thorough and objective workplace investigations that withstand scrutiny.
We are experienced in dealing with complaints from operational level to senior executive and board level, including liaising with unions involved in representing parties to a complaint. We work for employers only, across all employment sectors.
Our investigators
BION Partners has experienced female investigators on the team, specialty skills in cases involving LGBTIQ+ discriminatory allegations, and access to translation services on request.
